The 4015-D-E-350
BoostPuck
dimmable driver is a 350mA, 5-28VDC, high efficiency driver designed to power one or more high power LEDs from a DC voltage that is
lower
than the total forward voltage (Vf) of the connected LEDs.
For example, 6 series connected LEDs with a forward voltage of 3.15Vf per LED would have a total forward voltage of 18.9Vf. As the input voltage to the driver must be kept at least
3 volts lower
than the total forward voltage, then an input voltage from 5 to 15 VDC would be needed to power the LEDs using this driver.

This driver is ideally suited for powering one or more series connected Rebel LEDs and offers:
One driver can power one or more LEDs with no additional circuitry or components
DC input voltage from 5V to 28V
350mA true constant current output
Provides full range dimming with a single external linear potentiometer
On/Off control pin allows you to switch off the output current without turning off the input power
External analog/digital intensity control (TTL compatible)
Output short circuit protection up to 15 seconds
Output open circuit protection
External pulse and strobe control input
Built in regulated 5V reference/output to power local logic circuitry/µProcessor
Extremely small form factor, just 0.83”x 0.83”x 0.43” and weighs just 0.3oz. (21mm x 21mm x 11mm, 9 grams)
Thermally-conductive, electrically-insulated, encapsulated puck
Simple 7-pin SIP connection suitable for through-hole PCB mounted or wire harness
Requires no additional heat sinking
