All non-custom, non-binned products sold on the Luxeon Star LED website may be returned for a full refund (less shipping costs and payment fees) within 30 days of purchase providing they have been unused and in their original packaging. Orders over $100.00 (USD) may subject to a re-stocking fee. Refund payments are only provided when we have received the returned items. Please send an email to service@luxeonstar.com for complete return instructions.

Custom built products are non-returnable.

Binned LEDs may incur a restocking fee.



Exchanges

You are welcome to return items for exchange within 30 days of purchase providing the item(s) have been unused and are in resalable condition. An exchange fee may be applied for some exchanges. Please send an email to service@luxeonstar.com for complete exchange information.



Cancellations

You may cancel any un-shipped, non-custom or un-binned LED order without penalty. To cancel an order please send an email message to service@luxeonstar.com.

Binned LED orders may incur a restocking charge.

Orders for custom built LED assemblies (any assembly that uses customer selected components and are not part of our regular product line. E.g., MR-CUSTM-20T) cannot be canceled or altered once your order has been locked or shipped. Orders are locked when your payment has been received or your credit card pre-authorized.

You can determine if your order has reached the locked status by logging into your Account page and clicking on the Review/track orders link and selecting your order to view the details. If you order has been locked, a locked status message will be displayed below the item list.

Custom products cannot be exchanged or returned for refund.



Binned LEDs and LED Assemblies

Binned LEDs are always shipped if you order LEDs or pre-mounted LEDs in increments of 1,000 pieces.

How To Return An Item

Before you return any item, you must contact us at service@luxeonstar.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will provide complete return instructions when we issue the RMA number.
