Arctic Silver Low Thermal Resistance Adhesive (20 gram) - Includes Thermal Press

Arctic Silver™ low thermal resistance adhesive is a two-part adhesive recommended for permanently bonding LED assemblies to a heat sink. Made with 99.8% pure micronized silver, Arctic Silver offers an exceptionally low thermal resistance of less than 0.0045 °C/W, outperforming virtually any other LED to heat sink fastening method.

Arctic Silver is highly recommended for multi-LED assemblies such as our Tri-Star, Quad or 7 LED Round assemblies, or for any LED assembly where high thermal efficiency is required. Each package of Arctic Silver Thermal Adhesive consists of two syringes containing a total of 20 grams of adhesive (10 grams each of parts A and B) and a plastic reusable mixing wand.

Arctic Silver Thermal Adhesive is a permanent adhesive. LEDs attached to heat sinks with this adhesive cannot be removed.
