Luxeon Star LEDs Returns & Refund Policy

All non-custom products sold on the Luxeon Star LED website may be returned for a full refund (less shipping costs and payment fees) within 30 days of purchase providing they have been unused and in their original packaging. Orders over $100.00 (USD) may be subject to a re-stocking fee. Please contact us for additional details before you order. Refund payments are only provided when we have received the returned items.

Custom built products are non-returnable/non-refundable.

Written quotes (mailed, emailed or faxed) may have modified return/exchange conditions that will supersede this return/exhange policy.

High brightness LEDs are current driven devices that must be powered using a current regulated power source. Current limiting resistors or voltage regulated power supplies are not suitable for providing current regulated or current limited power to high brightness LED. We will only warrant LEDs that are driven using a current regulating driver or power supply specifically designed for high brightness LEDs.

Cancellation, Returns & Exchange Policy For Custom Built LED Assemblies

Orders for custom built LED assemblies (any assembly that uses customer selected components and are not part of our regular product line, e.g., SP-03-CUSTOM cannot be canceled or altered once your order has been reviewed and submitted to production! So be very sure that you have selected the correct LEDs before you submit your order!

Custom products cannot be exchanged or returned for refund.

Cancellations

You may cancel any unshipped (non-custom) order without penalty. To cancel an order please send an email message to [email protected]

How To Return An Item

Before you return any item, you must contact us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will provide complete return instructions when we issue the RMA number.
